Swat wildlife was very easy to communicate with. We had raccoons living in our chimney . They put a one way door and sealed it when the raccoons have left. I had a great experience with this company. I first hired them for my Father's home and was so pleased with the work done by Brian, that I then hired this company( with a request for Brian) to help me with my squirrel issues.I've had experiences in the past that were horrible, but SWAT WILDLIFE were really professional and effective.

Recently heard some scurrying in the attic and got hold of SWAT who I found through homestars. Although there were some minor complications with the appointment, I did receive a discount and their service was excellent. Brain came out to my house at the time he quoted and did a very very thorough job checking the roof, attic and other crawl spaces. I'm extremely pleased with their service and would definitely recommend them.

As a general contractor working in the city, I've had a number of run ins with raccoons in particular during my construction projects. I never hesitate to call SWAT when I run into these little guys. Since the first time we worked together, when Derick personally came back to my site over 5 times to help me track down a mother and her kits, I've been thrilled with the level of service, knowledge and the humane way in which the SWAT team deals with these animals. As much as I'd love to never need their services again, I will be a life time customer of SWAT for all of my urban wildlife management needs.

SWAT Wildlife saved my brain from exploding. I heard scratching and critter activity overhead in the morning and by the same afternoon, Randy arrived to take care of business. Randy found the entry points and promptly took care of everything. He was very pleasant, efficient, and knew exactly what he was doing.Hopefully I won't need their services again but I would definitely recommend them to anyone else.

Called them on Friday morning they showed up on Saturday morning and got the job done in less that an hour! They fixed all the weak possible points of entry of Raccoons as well. professional with reasonable price!

Called SWAT to take care of some sounds that were coming from the attic. Turned out to be a red squirrel.The technician was very knowledgeable and helpful and took care of the problem. They came when they said they would come and the price was clear and fair. No surprises or extras.

Our neighbours and us called in "SWAT Wildlife" for raccoon in our attics (semi house). They responded & came over very fast. On time & for a good price!Technician was very knowledgeable. He inspected the exterior & interior. Fixed all entry points. For now, put in temporary "one-way" door for the next week - so the raccoon can leave but can't get back in. Preventative suggestions were also made & installed (protective wire cages over all roof vents). It all looks great so far. Fingers crossed it works. A year warranty is included. So far very happy, would recommend the service. Thank you SWAT TEAM! & Big thank you to our technician - Derick!!
