The service man arrived the next day which was New Year's Eve (other companies would not come that day) and I appreciated that. The gentleman did a through inspection of the attic too (a previous company did not do that). He was very knowledgeable and professional. Would definitely use this service again.

The SWAT team came out in snow to setup a one-way door on my roof. And were responsive to patch it up a few days later! They seemed more affordable than others I'd researched. Everyone I interacted with was great a knowledgable.

I called SWAT Wildlife after hearing raccoons in our attic. I was able to get a same day service and the person who answered the phone was able to provide lots of helpful information and advice. Derick arrived and did a full inspection on our roof and house. Not only was he able to pinpoint exactly where they were coming in through, he also pointed out additional damage to our roof and took the time to explain to me what was happening and how it could be fixed. Derick was knowledgeable, professional, helpful and kind and I’m so glad we were able to work together on this. I strongly recommend SWAT Wildlife and Derick specifically!

I called SWAT yesterday about scratching sounds under our house addition, and they had a technician ready to come first thing this morning, hooray! Johnny was on time and very friendly. He assessed our crawl space thoroughly, not the nicest job at 8am I'm sure, and found evidence of mice. He inspected the interior areas as well and gave his professional advice. He got the job done in great time and was clean and courteous. I would definitely utilize this service again, thanks Johnny!

Johnny and Kellen were very helpful with squirrel removal in our downtown Toronto rowhouse.They explained their procedures, itemized costs and exactly how they do the work. Fast and efficient and nice guys too. We had to deal with adjoining neighbours and they helped with that as well. Materials are of good quality and their craftsmanship is great especially the one way out box.

Yet another fantastic experience with SWAT WILDLIFE Inc. We had them out to our house a few years ago for raccoon removal and proofing of our house. We were so impressed with their expertise and work, that when we heard some sounds in our attic again, we called them right away! Brian came out and assessed the situation and found evidence of mice in the attic. He was professional, informative and thorough and immediately put my mind at ease! SWAT arrived within two hours of my calling. Squirrels 🐿 in my attic. Brian located the entry point on the peak of my house and showed me a photo of the hole. Explained how he would place a mesh exit shoot, so they could get out and NOT GET BACK IN! Within a day, there was no more noice of scratching in my attic. Returning today, after Thanksgiving to seal up the entry point. Thankful for their effective, speedy service.Great customer service. 😃 October 2020

I did a lot of research before deciding on SWAT Wildlife for animal exclusion around my deck and shed. We had skunk and chipmunk tenants all summer! Alex was extremely patient with my multiple calls and never ending questions. It's a big project so I wanted to make sure I was calling the right people. Randy, Derek, and Kellan came and what a great group of technicians - super polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. They walked me through the process and showed me how animals won't be able to get back in next year. These are hardworking folks and you can tell they enjoy what they do as a team. I won't hesitate to call them again for any future wildlife issues! Thanks very much SWAT team!

Never deal with the owner of this company, his name is Derick McChesney, he was abusive, he has no regards for customers and has no customer satisfaction ethics, the other staff is very good, if he is coming to do the job, refuse it or you will repent like i did, i have not seen a nasty person like him. The work they do is good but he is the problem.

Delivered on Quality & Customer ServiceDue to previous damage to vent piping by Raccoon presence, we decided to Raccoon Proof our entire roof, post replacement of shingles.Alex was a pleasure to deal with over the phone in answering some inquiries and scheduling the work.Derek, the technician that was assigned our work, was extremely professional and provided excellent customer service. He explained the crucial areas that required to be addressed without forcing additional inflated cost on the homeowner. In addition, he explained everything in detail and did a solid job on the entire installation.

SWAT cares about customers AND wildlife. Both, Derrick and Brian are super professional and personable in an old school way that is so welcome in this fast paced world. Over the last six years they solved various squirrel and racoon problems for me quickly, courteously, effectively - and humanely. Each time they did the right fix instead of the most expensive one. When they said, the squirrels were out of my attic, the squirrels were out of my attic. When they said, ok, it’s time to bite the bullet and get the perimeter of your deck wired up... a persistent issue got permanently resolved. Beyond that, Derrick went above and beyond on an unrelated leak in my eaves trough I’d been quoted big money to deal with.. and he literally did it with a screwdriver and a smile. Completely unexpected and just so incredibly kind. What can I say.. smart, personable, punctual.. and most of all, decent. You cannot go wrong with this rare gem of a company. Five stars all the way !!

Randy and Kellen came out, they were great do deal with, displaced birds from a soffit peak at our house and sealed the hole in a timely manner. They sealed it nicely (nothing will be getting in again) and no birds were harmed in the process! They know what they're doing and they're pleasant to deal with! Definitely recommend Swat Wildlife!

They eat a wide variety of foods and are willing to use a wide variety of places to nest and roost. This flexible nature helps them thrive in cities and suburbs as well as on farms. They are one of only a few birds who live in otherwise barren industrial urban wastelands.Derick was amazing with his expertise, collaboration, knowledge and services. He provided knowledge support in helping me to get rid of a raccoon, wasps, mouse and birds. He applied silicone to the gaps and also wire proved the vent. He went above and beyond. Derek and Adam fixed my external dryer vent this morning on Yachters Lane, Etobicoke.They were punctual and knowledgeable and the job was completed in no time! Squirrel Removal from AtticDerick and Randy were courteous and very knowledgeable technicians. Each one inspected my roof for entrance points, explained the problem, said what needed to be done to resolve the issue, and answered all my questions. I am no longer hearing the squirrels, so soon, I will be contacting the company to have them remove the one way door which was initially installed. I’m pleased with the service provided and, would recommend the company to others.

Extremely happy with our Swat Wildlife experience. Both times I called I was able to book a next day appointment. The technician, Derick, was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I got the recommendation from the neighbourhood Facebook group so I called SWAT. They made an appointment for the next day between 8-11. Brian was at my door at 8:00 AM. Today was the first snow of the season so I had little expectations for an early arrival. What a pleasant experience. I live in a semi and have had raccoons under our back boot room before, so it was no surprise to have Brian discover them again. I was given a quote for the service on the phone, and was not surprised when Brian gave me the total. Brian was friendly, professional and a fast worker. He explained the situation, put in a one way door and wired up the area. Fingers crossed I won't be hearing the scratches again. BUT if I do, I am confident that SWAT will return as they guarantee their work.

Swat wildlife was very easy to communicate with. We had raccoons living in our chimney . They put a one way door and sealed it when the raccoons have left. Recently heard some scurrying in the attic and got hold of SWAT who I found through homestars. Although there were some minor complications with the appointment, I did receive a discount and their service was excellent. Brain came out to my house at the time he quoted and did a very very thorough job checking the roof, attic and other crawl spaces. I'm extremely pleased with their service and would definitely recommend them.

As a general contractor working in the city, I've had a number of run ins with raccoons in particular during my construction projects. I never hesitate to call SWAT when I run into these little guys. Since the first time we worked together, when Derick personally came back to my site over 5 times to help me track down a mother and her kits, I've been thrilled with the level of service, knowledge and the humane way in which the SWAT team deals with these animals. As much as I'd love to never need their services again, I will be a life time customer of SWAT for all of my urban wildlife management needs.

SWAT Wildlife saved my brain from exploding. I heard scratching and critter activity overhead in the morning and by the same afternoon, Randy arrived to take care of business. Randy found the entry points and promptly took care of everything. Our neighbours and us called in "SWAT Wildlife" for raccoon in our attics (semi house). They responded & came over very fast. On time & for a good price!Technician was very knowledgeable. He inspected the exterior & interior. Fixed all entry points. For now, put in temporary "one-way" door for the next week - so the raccoon can leave but can't get back in. Preventative suggestions were also made & installed (protective wire cages over all roof vents). It all looks great so far. Fingers crossed it works. A year warranty is included. So far very happy, would recommend the service. Thank you SWAT TEAM! & Big thank you to our technician - Derick!!
