Premium Protection Plan:

TERMS:

Swat Wildlife will perform a comprehensive exterior inspection of the homeowners' roof, if the roof qualifies, recommended work will be carried out. Only the areas that Swat Wildlife installs their material will be covered under our 5-year warranty from the date of installation. It is also highly recommended that all suggested work is carried out to ensure wildlife does not gain re-entry.

TRANSFERRING OF PROTECTION PLAN:

Swat Wildlife will allow the “Premium Protection Plan” to be transferred to the new homeowner

within the first year of installation from the date of the initial contract.

NONE WARRANTY:

-Mice/Rat treatments are not covered under the “Premium Protection Plan”

-Damage to shingles or any other roofing areas by displaced or other wildlife within the 5 year

warranty are not covered and are subject to additional charges.

Swat Wildlife does offer additional services and warranties for these issues should they occur.

VOIDED WARRANTY:

At any time if Swatwildlife's original installation has been altered or removed “Premium Protection Plan " will be voided unless Swatwildlife approves the altered work upon inspection by a service technician.
